High Performance Computing

PACC Partnership of Advance Computing Community

PACC Cutting-edge HPC system that can manage complex calculations and big datasets with speed. This system can be used to speed up research and development, enhance data analysis, and enable various applications.

CycleCloud

Researchers can use Azure CycleCloud to create, manage, and optimize high performance computing (HPC) clusters in the Azure Cloud. Azure CycleCloud provides various compute resources, such as CPU nodes and GPU nodes, for running research workloads with scalability and flexibility.

genie | Genomics, Epigenomics, Network, Imaging, and Education

The GENIE HPC Cluster meets the computational needs of researchers, especially in genomics, epigenomics, network analysis, imaging, and education. It is a collaboration between ESO, the Biggs Institute, and the Genome Sequencing Facility.

The CRID Research IT team provides High Performance Computing services for our UT Health San Antonio faculty and staff to assist in achieving their research goals.
